By using the Statfreaks, you acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to ensure the confidentiality and security of any information transmitted from or stored on a Device for Statfreaks, for all transactions and other activities in the End User’s name, whether authorized or unauthorized. You understand that use of the StatFreaks involves the transmission of your data over networks that are not owned, operated or controlled by us, and we are not responsible for any of your data lost, altered, intercepted or stored across such networks. We cannot guarantee that our security procedures will be error-free, that transmissions of your data will always be secure or that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our security measures or those of our third-party service providers.

– Stat-Freaks uses reCAPTCHA as a standard security measure for its sites and services.

– We require all members to reset there password every 120 days for security purposes.

8. SITE UPTIME
   All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this Website is operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.
   Where possible we always try to give advanced warning of maintenance issues that may result in Website downtime, but we shall not be obliged to provide such notice.
