Keen to get the day off to a good start, and the 2nd race is a wide open affair for the flighty fillies in a sprint. Been following a few of these runners over the past few starts and many runs have been found wanting. Really liking the look of Absolute Flirt and Broadwayandfourth in this race. Can’t see there being no pace at all in the race with the 3YOs, and reckon with the rail out 3m the better going will be wider in the earlier stages of the day. Absolute Flirt is travelling OK, has a great turn of foot and the O’Brien stable is filling these types of races with strong chances. Broadwayandfourth was obviously racing well enough to make the trip to Adelaide, but didn’t really find her best. Back in great she can really wind up and gain confidence as she passes lesser runners. Both at odds, either would be a nice start.
