Tough old winter race day, and they come from far and wide for a dry BM-78 distance race on the big stage. No real pace expected in the race, and many of these follow a run on pattern. On a day where they might come from everywhere, focusing in on four in particular. The numbers for Eaglemont look very strong here, and coming from the stable harbouring half of the field. Drawn well to get a smooth transit, and has the turn of foot to take it out. Strong numbers also for a longer priced runner in Running Cloud. If he can overcome the gate to get up front, he will be in with a shout. Some data support for Falls who should lead, and Impulsar is probably the strongest closer of the race that will need luck. A KPI to note is that riders for all four of these runners have between a 33% and 37% strike rate to place form their settling positions at this trip on the Jockey Analysis Tool (JAT). Sticking with Eaglemont with Running Cloud the value.
