WESTY’S RACE PREVIEW
Ballarat Race’s 6 & 7 – 24/11/2018
Race 6
Lot of rain over the past few days. A lot of rain. If you are game enough to punt, pull out the scatter gun Melbourne Cup multiples strategies. For it is, still, November, where anything can happen. A complicated mile race for the 6th, with a big field and speed sprayed across the gates yet no real duel for the lead. Tan Tat Trusting, Revlis and Sunday Spray look the apparent front-runners. The best turns of foot belong to What a shock, Sunday Pray and the not surprisingly Lamborghini. The real question for this race will be the leader bias by race 6, and the data suggests the strong closers should all be coming from the leading horses. Watch the pattern of the day. Good luck.

Race 7
Strongest data quality of the day for the 7th. Big field and once again no obvious fight for the lead. Redefine and Wenner will waltz out, but may not have the turn of foot required for this trip. The data says the best closers come from the middle of the field, but this appears to be a very slowly run race, and that advantage may be taken away. Haunted, Superhard and Muraahib could team up and help each other into the race. The flyweight Can’t Refuse holds the second strongest acceleration in the race, at odds. Once again, good luck.
