Race 2, N4 Otyrar – Mixing form of late but strikes a very winnable race here. Only missed a place twice from six attempts at 2200m and gets back to his favoured Eagle Farm. Has been competitive in tougher races than this and is expected to be in this a long way. He has the highest SFR (statfreaks rating) in this race and the 5th highest SFR at the meeting. James Orman is going at a strong 20%-win strike rate when riding in staying races and an equally impressive 21%-win strike rate when riding horses that settle off the pace. He also has a solid 18%-win strike rate when riding horses who are 2nd in the market.
Race 6, N2 Zarastro – May find this a shade easier than last start when only narrowly beaten over 1200m at Doomben. Looks the leader from the good inside gate and on current form will take plenty of running down. He has the highest SFR in this race and the highest SFR at the meeting. James Orman is gong at a nice 23%-win strike rate when riding in sprint races and a super impressive 38%-win strike rate when riding leaders. He also has a strong 39%-win strike rate when riding favourites. This is also James Ormans 2nd best ride at the meeting as per our SFR.
