Another great day of racing at HQ, and a small but decent field for this year’s Roy Higgins Quality. Rain on race day is a bit of an unknown. No real pace in the race and an obvious leader, so looking at strong midfield runners. Crystal Pegasus is the obvious hope in the race, with Kah one of the top rated riders and the horse in great form. Sharpening the focus on Playoffs, who meets Crystal Pegasus at a more suitable trip, and probably a better position in transit. With the top rated turn of foot in the race, Playoffs can finish this race very well and might be harder to catch than last start. Interesting numbers for Future Score, but sticking with Crystal Pegasus and Playoffs being the two stand outs here. Playoffs the value.

| 5 | Tigertiger | Hard to knock the winning form, but this does look like a stronger field. Can’t see him out of the finish, but the data suggests it might be a strong kick. Will need a super effort. |
| 6 | Playoffs | Had big wraps on this guy last start, and probably did well in that race in the end. Top rated stable, top turn of foot and Allen rates second to Motor Kah in this race. Might be better suited to this trip, and might be a slight advantage coming from midfield. In the finish. |
| 7 | Salto Angel | Should get out OK and take up the running with Good Idea. The data suggests that she might struggle in the later stages of the race, but she is well weighted to show something. Hope she can see the race out. |
