Would be nice to get the day off to a good start, with some dart board races later in the day. Quality race for the ladies over 1400m, and the data predicts that there are 4 stand out runners in this field. La Vina will surely bounce back after her last start down the straight, and Jamie Kah on Snickerdoodledandy will be a plus to get the most out of her. Don’ttelltheboss and Withfulthinging also post very strong numbers, and for mine it will come down to the race pattern in the data to predict the most advantaged. With a soft pace, which is likely to advantage those closer to the speed, sticking with La Vina and Witchfulthnking at the odds. Witchfulthinking might get the gun run up front, and the JAT (Jockey Analysis Tool) for Moloney to win is 16.9% which is a good number for the price of the runner. La Vina may be able to run her down, and the odds suggest she can. Expecting Don’ttelltheboss and Snickerdoodledandy to finish well, but might get too far back in the run.
