Strong field quality for the stronger sprinters down the 1000m. Looks to be no real pace early with Sartorial Splender the only notable pacer. Looking towards the strong midfielders with better acceleration to finish this race well, and those look to be Shamino and Grandview Avenue. I think Shamino can win this race off a great win last start, and think the stable just picks the right races for this guy. William Thomas the other eye catcher that looks to settle closer than usual, and he has the ability to snatch it late at a nice price. Looking at these three runners, after putting a line through Fabergino. Happy to be wrong. Good Luck

| 5 | Shamino | Great win last start, and just looks like he will tuck in mid field and have a great turn of foot to hit the line. Drawn well, and Stokesy is flying. |
| 6 | Manolo Blahniq | Looks to punch out an even time, but doesn’t look to accelerate quick enough to trouble this field. |
| 7 | Mystyko | Drawn a little awkwardly, and may fall out the back completely, and find it hard from there. |
| 8 | Sartorial Splendor | Looks the obvious leader, and hoped for a bit from him last start. Looks like this race will be tough for him, and not sure he will hold on beyond the 400m. |
| 9 | Human Nature | Don’t mind the look of this guy, just a bit of jump in grade as well as the first time down the straight. He should be better for the attempt. |
