Intriguing race to kick off the quaddie for finals day. A hot horse that has been backed off the map, and a few other runners that post strong times over the mile and enjoy Flemington. Really like the look on the Jockey Analysis Tool (JAT) for two runners in Adelaide Ace and Odeon. Yendall is at 40.6% to place and is on board a runner in good form and looks a solid miler. Just needs to avoid the wide position at the jump and he should be in with a real chance. Motor Kah hits the place 51.9% when leading, and we have seen Odeon pull the odd blinder out of the bag at times. Both are great value to knock off the odds on in Dice Roll. No knock on Dice Roll, just a big ask to keep producing big runs and stepping up in trip without pace in the race. Another interesting runner is Mongolian Marshall, who has won here before and looks poised to run well at a price. Sticking with Adelaide Ace and Odeon.
Good Luck

RUNNER COMMENTRY
NO | NAME | COMMENT |
2 | Dice Roll | All the hype on this guy and fair enough. He looks to jump OK and get an easy transit. Only question is the mile having to do some work up front, which might be the only thing to undo him. |
3 | Odeon | Looks the leader, and no better jockey to ease him along. Kah at 51.9% to place on the JAT, and with no pace in the race he is good value. |
4 | Mongolian Marshal | Not without hope in this race. Suited to Flemington and well weighted here. Might see him flying home late. |
5 | Salsamor | Not a lot of data support for this guy, hope he can hang in there late. |
6 | Furrion | Drawn OK and goes OK second up. Hard to see him featuring here on his last prep. |
7 | Galaxy Raider | Top turn of foot and hasn’t drwan too badly to hold a spot. Data says that the straight might be a bit awkward for him as they draw closer to the line. |
8 | Adelaide Ace | Not an ideal draw but this guy is racing very well. Very strong last start, and a winner here previously. Looking for him to make a run from a while out and close well. Yendall at 40.6% to place on the JAT. Value runner of the race. |
9 | Biometric | Great win last start for this guy, but a big jump in grade here. Still, might land up front somewhere and has the turn of foot to finish the race well. Just needs the fitness after a peak run. |
10 | Kirwan’s Lane | O’Shea opting for this race ahead of Rosehill, which could mean something. KPIs are not too bad, just need to keep in touch early in the race to be a chance late. |
